BioANALYTICAL Study Director - Growing CRO in N.YOrkshire

Bioanalytical Study Director required for a rapidly expanding CRO based in the North Yorkshire area.

Company: Part of a multinational Contract Research Organisation, but has a family feel and caring culture, helping to advance drug development.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Flexible start times.

Location:  North Yorkshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45-50k dependent on skills and experience.

You  will be involved in:

• Overseeing GLP and GCP studies and project management.
• Review and approval of bioanalytical studies and documentation.
• Generating bioanalytical study plan and reports.
• Acting as key point of contact for clients and building long term relationships. 
• Mentoring of junior staff and analysts and organising studies.

What do you need to be considered?

You will need:

• Ideally 5 years+  bioanalytical background within GLP/GCP.
• Science based degree (or higher) ideally within Chemistry or Biochemistry  (others will be considered).
• Experience of preparing study plans and writing study reports.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience of client liaison along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
