QA officer - Rapidly GROWING CHEMICALS MANUFACTURER

Brand new role - QA Officer required for a leading fine chemicals manufacturer based in the Teesside/Middlesbrough area.  Initially for a 6 month contract.

Job Opportunity – QA Officer.

Company: Multinational fine chemicals manufacturer, that supplies its products to some of the leading brands across the globe.  The company is now in stage of investment into people and facilities and has very ambitious growth plan.

Hours of work: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility if required).

Location:  Teesside/Middlesbrough.

NB - own transport is desirable due to location.

Duration: Initial  6 month contract.

Salary: £Negotiable (depending on your skills and experience)

You  will be involved in:

• Updating Safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS) on the companies' database systems.
• Checking technical files are up to date and have been loaded to the systems correctly.
• Helping with the authoring of QA and regulatory documentation and standardising processes where possible.
• Helping with internal and external audits and close out of NCRs and CAPAs.
• Ensuring adherence to H&S guidelines and legal obligations.

What do you need to be considered?

You will need:

• Background within QA/Regulatory with knowledge of QMS and databases.
• Good IT knowledge including database management (Microsoft, Oracle etc)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and 22000 certification.
• Experience of auditing (ideally both internal and external).
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
